Data we collect and methods
We may receive your name, company, job title, email, phone numbers, contact preferences, product details, delivery location, technical files, attribution data, and quote qualification fields. Please do not send sensitive data or information that is not needed for a quotation.
We also use limited technical data, including a draft identifier, protected session cookie, and Turnstile result, to save progress and prevent abuse. Generic website interaction may be measured if the relevant analytics provider is enabled.
Purposes of processing
We use data to receive and retain a request, evaluate feasibility, request clarification, prepare a quotation, coordinate an authorized operation, and maintain operational communications. These are the purposes necessary to handle the request you submit.
Future commercial contact is optional and requested through a separate checkbox; declining it does not prevent us from handling a request. We will not use data for incompatible purposes without notice and, when applicable, the required consent.
Local Google Ads tool
Authorized Nexxo Industrial personnel use a local tool to view and manage only Nexxo Industrial's advertising account through the Google Ads API. The tool is not a customer portal and does not manage client advertising accounts.
The tool may process advertising-account information, campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics to operate Nexxo Industrial advertising. Authorization credentials are kept locally and are not published on this website or shared with visitors.
Storage and retention
Drafts and submitted requests are stored in Cloudflare D1. Optional technical files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and linked to the draft identifier; they are not published as downloadable files through this website.
We retain drafts, submitted requests, and related files for the time reasonably necessary to handle the request, provide commercial follow-up, meet applicable obligations, or resolve disputes. We may delete information that is no longer needed for those purposes.
Transfers and service providers
We may give strictly necessary access to authorized personnel and providers that operate the website, storage, security, evaluation, or service delivery. We may also need to share necessary information with suppliers, carriers, or advisers involved in an authorized operation.
We will not share information beyond what is necessary for the disclosed purposes or applicable legal obligations. When providers operate the website or service, we aim to limit their access to what is necessary for their role.
ARCO rights and withdrawal
You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to processing, or withdraw optional commercial-contact consent, through the privacy-team email published in this notice. A request should state the right you wish to exercise, information that helps locate the data, and a response channel.
We may request reasonable information to verify identity or authority and avoid disclosing data to an unauthorized person. We will handle requests under applicable legal requirements, timelines, and exceptions.
Changes to this notice
If the purposes, controller, contact mechanism, retention, or material transfers change, we will publish an updated version at this location before applying the change.
